1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InterHub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
InterHub provides adaptive learning paths, flashcards, and interview preparation tools for software engineers. The service is available through a mobile application and may include additional platforms in the future.
3. Subscription and Billing
InterHub offers a subscription-based service at €19.99 per month. Your first week is free. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through the App Store.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including questions, flashcards, learning materials, and software, is owned by Crocware Filip Młynarski and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
InterHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our service, including job placement or interview success. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms in the App. Your continued use of InterHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
